David Kaminsky
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer |
David Kaminsky is an executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Keane. In Mr. Kaminsky’s current role, he oversees all global finance and IT management and operations.
Mr. Kaminsky has more than 25 years of diverse experience that includes significant positions overseeing all aspects of global financial, IT and business operations. During his career, Mr. Kaminsky has held executive level positions at Altegrity, Inc., the General Electric Company and the DPF Group, Ltd. where he has led highly recognized teams of professionals that have spanned the globe. He also spent several years as an auditor at KPMG covering a broad array of industries.
Most recently, he was the CFO of Altegrity, Inc., an information and intelligence company that serves significant US Federal Government and commercial organizations. At Altegrity he was responsible for all finance, tax, sourcing, and IT infrastructure operations. He participated in repositioning and reorganizing the company’s operations that resulted driving growth in revenues to in excess of $1B while increasing profits by nearly 2.5 times. He also provided significant leadership in executing on the ultimate monetization of the private equity held investment and raising in excess of $1.3B of financing as part of the monetization process during one of the worst capital market environments seen in the last 30 years.
Mr. Kaminsky also spent 12 years at the General Electric Company where he was the CFO of GE Commercial Finances North American Leasing Operations, CFO of GE Commercial Distribution Finance, CFO of GE Information Technology Services Managed Services Business and European Operations, as well several other positions in business development and sale/capital markets. Particularly noteworthy is his time as the CFO of GE Information Technology Services where he led the repositioning and turnaround of a $1B global managed service business and the repositioning, turnaround and ultimate disposition 2B Euro Pan European value added reseller and professional service business.
Mr. Kaminsky holds a Bachelors degree in accounting and economics from the University of Bridgeport and is also graduate of several well known executive development programs within the General Electric Company including 6 Sigma Black Belt status.
