Marv Mouchawar
Marv Mouchawar is EVP, Products and Corporate Development of Keane, a $1 billion-plus global services firm that specializes in enabling transformation of its clients’ business and IT functions.  Marv is responsible for all aspects of Keane’s product business including Healthcare Solutions Division (HSD) and Figtree Systems. In addition, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s growth strategy.  Marv was responsible for corporate development at Caritor, which acquired Keane in 2007.

Prior to joining Caritor, Marv spent ten years in the IT industry, with key roles at Accenture, SGI, and Autodesk. He spent several years working as a management information specialist in the technology sector before noticing a curious trend: companies knew how to collect data, but lacked an efficient method of gaining access to it. Driven by this impetus, Marv, along with Mani (now Chairman and CEO of Keane), founded Influence Software in 1996. Marv served as the CEO of this company, spearheading its growth through several years. He successfully executed the sale of Influence Software to Informatica Corporation. At Informatica, he was responsible for rapidly scaling the analytic application business via hiring and acquisitions.

Marv received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Stanford University.
