Srikanth Rao is EVP, President for Keane India.  Keane is a $1 billion-plus global services firm that specializes in enabling transformation of its clients’ business and IT functions.

 

Srikanth joined Caritor in 1996 and has been instrumental in building the company’s delivery organization in India and architecting the leadership development and quality framework for its services organization.

Srikanth has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the offshore software industry.  Prior to joining Caritor, Srikanth worked with Wipro, where he played a key role in architecting the organization's Quality System.  Srikanth started his career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Srikanth holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.
