Keane Signs MOU with Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology

Bangalore, Monday, March 31, 2008-- Keane, Inc., a global IT services, consulting and outsourcing firm with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion and more than 14,000 employees worldwide has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology, situated in Thiruvanantharapuram, Kerala.

The MOU reflects the trust and a long-lasting relationship that both Keane and Mohandas College of Engineering And Technology believe in. The MOU stands a witness to the collaboration that would benefit both the college and the industry. It also provides the guiding principles and various planned activities for the future.

Mohandas College of Engineering And Technology established in 2002 is one of the 30 institutions where Keane has a Platinum level partnership. With this MOU in place the college has become an official partner of our Industry Academia partnership program – “Keane Adept”.

The Principal – Mrs. Ashalatha Thampuran, Mohandas College of Engineering And Technology and Mr. Raja Sekharan, Sr. Vice President, Keane (India Operations), signed the MOU on 24th March at the Keane Bangalore facilities.
