Description |
The Alliant Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a 10 year $50B ceiling. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies. The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract, and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems. The GSA Alliant Program provides IT solutions that support federal government operational requirements for standardized technology and application service components. Alliant facilitates integration requirements for broad federal IT and E-Gov initiatives, as well as promotes the sharing, consolidation, and re-use of business processes and systems across the federal government. As the definition of IT changes over the life cycle of the Alliant Contract, the scope will be considered to coincide with the current definition at any given time. In short, Alliant is a comprehensive and flexible vehicle for federal civilian and DOD agencies to procure the full range of IT services and solutions they need to fulfill their mission. |
