Keane Appoints National Accounts Leader in Southeast Region of U.S.

Bill Boucher Joins Keane as Vice President of Global Services

San Francisco, CA – May 19, 2009 - Keane, Inc., a global services firm that specializes in optimizing businesses’ information technology (IT) investments, today announced that it has appointed Bill Boucher to the position of Vice President of Global Services, leading many of the firm’s national accounts.

An accomplished IT executive, Mr. Boucher has more than 20 years experience in business and finance transformation with a particular emphasis in the retail, consumer and industrial products industries.

Previously, he served as Vice President and Practice Lead at Hitachi Consulting. Mr. Boucher drove sales for the entire southeast products and retail industry vertical, the SAP practice and CFO advisory solutions offering. Before his time at Hitachi, Mr. Boucher served as Vice President of Capgemini, LLC overseeing its retail and consumer products practice in the Southeastern region of the U.S.

Mr. Boucher will be based in Atlanta and report to Mr. Gray, who recently joined Keane with responsibility for client management and service delivery.
