Tim Conway
Executive Vice President, Public Sector

Tim Conway is the Executive Vice President for Keane Public Sector which includes our United States business serving the federal, state and local marketplaces. Keane Public Sector provides a full line of professional services to governmental and public and private university clients throughout the U.S.
Since 2007, Mr. Conway has been the senior managing director of Federal Solutions, a 3,000 person government solutions group within Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Inc., a Xerox company. His client relationships with the Federal Government include the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Education, Homeland Security, Labor, State and Treasury; along with the Social Security Administration, Environmental Protection Agency and Veterans Affairs.
Prior to joining ACS, Mr. Conway was an executive with IBM Public Sector – Federal, responsible for US Department of Defense sales and business development. His previous assignments at IBM include partner, US Navy and Marine Corps account, practice executive for ERP and e-Business Services, and program manager for the Department of Agriculture’s LAN/WAN/Voice program.
From 1995 until he joined IBM in late 1997, Mr. Conway worked at Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, serving as Integration and Test Lab Manager for a classified satellite command and control program, and in earlier assignments as application project manager and ground software engineer in a satellite operations facility.
Prior to this, Mr. Conway was a district manager and engineer with Public Service Electric and Gas Company.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
