Description |
Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-3) is a multiple award contract sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice. This vehicle is available for use, on a non-mandatory basis, by all DOJ components to satisfy their IT requirements, as long as they are within the scope of the ITSS-3 support services. Under this contract, Keane has a schedule of fixed unit price labor hour rates and other direct cost (ODC) line item categories, with handling charge factors. Task orders are awarded on a time and materials (T&M), labor hour, or firm fixed price (FFP) basis, as appropriate. There is no limitation on the dollar value of a task order issued for the DOJ. Keane provides a full range of IT services that support the entire systems development life cycle (SDLC) through its ITSS-3 contract. |

Services Keane Offers |
A full range of IT services can be procured under the ITSS-3 program in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner across the entire systems development life cycle (SDLC);
for various types of information and management systems; using a variety of database management systems and software languages; and involving many computer hardware environments and operating systems. Procurement of hardware and software, as related to a specific project, is allowed under the ITSS-3 program. |
