Susan Burgess was an Examiner Team Mentor for the 2008 United States Senate Quality and Productivity Awards. The Honorable Senator's Barbara Mikulski and Benjamin Cardin appointed the examiners to evaluate Maryland organizations with criteria based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
